Arrive in Skardu
Private transfer from the airport. Evening at Kharpocho Fort for sunset over the Indus.
Day 2
Shangrila & Upper Kachura
A slow morning by the still water at Shangrila, then Upper Kachura at your own pace.
Day 3
Shigar Valley
Shigar Fort and the old wooden Amburiq Mosque, with time to linger.
Day 4
Katpana & Deosai (seasonal)
Sunset at the Katpana dunes, or a day trip onto the Deosai plateau in season.
Day 5
Departure
Private transfer to the airport, with a buffer for the weather-dependent flight.
