Enquiries & Bookings

An enquiry is not a booking. We confirm availability, the full itinerary and the price in writing, and your booking is confirmed once we receive a 30% deposit.

Prices & Currency

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), quoted per person on twin-share unless stated otherwise, and held once confirmed in writing for your dates.

  • A 30% deposit confirms your booking; the remaining 70% is due 14 days before departure.
  • Bookings made within 14 days of departure are payable in full at the time of confirmation.
  • Your written confirmation from us — itinerary, price and terms — is the agreement that governs your trip.

What Is Included

Each tour page carries its own Includes and Excludes list. Airfare, lunches and dinners, insurance and personal expenses are excluded unless stated.

  • Cancelling 30 days or more before departure: the 30% deposit is retained, the balance is refunded.
  • Cancelling 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost is retained.
  • Cancelling 7–14 days before departure: 75% of the total trip cost is retained.
  • Cancelling within 6 days of departure, or not showing up: 100% of the trip cost is retained.

Payment

A 30% deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due 14 days before departure. Bookings made inside 14 days are payable in full at confirmation.

Cancellations & Changes

If you cancel, the following scale applies, calculated on the total trip cost and counted from your departure date.

  • If we cancel a trip for reasons within our control, you may choose a full refund or alternative dates at no extra cost.
  • Where weather, road closures or an authority decision prevents part of an itinerary, we re-route or substitute an equivalent day wherever possible.
  • Where costs for an affected day have already been committed to hotels, permits or transport, those are not refundable in cash — we will substitute or credit where we can.
  • Changes requested 30 or more days before departure are free subject to availability; inside 30 days they are subject to whatever the supplier charges.

Weather, Roads & Itinerary Changes

Gilgit-Baltistan is weather-dependent country. The Islamabad–Skardu flight is cancelled often and high routes close seasonally. This is how we handle it.

Permits & Travel Documents

Some items are paid to third parties on your behalf and cannot be recovered once issued or committed.

  • Government permits and NOC fees are non-refundable once issued.
  • National park entry fees are non-refundable once paid to the authority.
  • Airline tickets follow the airline’s own refund policy, not ours — airfare is not included in our prices.
  • Agreed refunds are processed within 14 working days, to the original payment method.

Insurance & Your Responsibility

Travel insurance is your responsibility and strongly recommended, including cover for altitude and any trekking activity.
